From 1st October 2012, electors whose names are not found in the electoral list can apply for inclusion of their names in the voters list. Likewise, those who are going to complete 18 years of age on 1st January 2013 can apply for inclusion of their name in the voters list from 1st October 2012 to 31st October 2012.
For including the names in the voters list, a proof of age is to be enclosed along with the application, viz., birth certificate or school transfer certificate or Passport copy.
Likewise, those who want to revise their names or remove the names can also apply for this from today upto 31st October.
Those who have lost their voters identity card can apply for fresh card through the concerned Tahsildar office. For revision / inclusion of names, required forms can be obtained from the concerned polling centres or download from the official website of election commission.
